2014/2015 JESSAMINE COUNTY
The registration fee is $30 and must be paid before the child begins the program along with the first week fee of $55. Checks or money orders only.
Please make the check payable to Jessamine County Schools. Checks and the applications may be dropped off at the JELV Family Resource Center. After the child enters the program the JC Afterschool Program staff will collect any fees.
If your child is doing less than 5 days a week please contact Kellie Watts at 859-338-3170 to determine the amount of your first check with the registration fee included.
Paperwork that must be completed and returned in order for the child to start the program is the Registration and Emergency Information form along with a copy of the child’s immunization record.
BEFORE YOUR CHILD BEGINS WE MUST HAVE
1. Complete Registration and Emergency information form
2. Copy of current immunization record
3. Check or money order with first week and registration fee included
HOURS OF OPERATION
Hours of operation are:
1. Student School Day: 2:35 PM to 6 PM
2. Non-Student Day (breaks, holidays, etc.): 7 AM to 6 PM
LATE PICK-UP FEES
Fees for picking children up later than 6 PM will begin at one dollar ($1) per minute after the designated pick-up time. Parents or guardians must make attempts to notify the school’s program director if they anticipate a late pick-up.
SNACKS AND MEALS
A healthy snack will be provided each day for children in the program. Lunch in addition to a snack(s) will be provided on full days.
WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY CHILD
Parents and guardians will go to the second side door nearest to the soccer field and JELV playground. These are the same doors used for parent car lane drop off and pick up. Directions will be posted on the door of how to reach the program staff to pick up your child.
