Families/Students needing Tech Help:

The JCS District Technology Office has created a JCS Parent Academy for Technology Help website with some quick tips for our most used technology tools at JCS. Check out the site to see if your question is answered there. We are also offering a Technology Help Desk for families with Virtual Learning Academy and/or Extended Digital Learning Technology issues. The call center will be staffed from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday beginning August 26. Students and families can call 887-4121 to speak to someone from the District Technology Office about their technology issue. After hours issues can be directed to techhelp@jessamine.kyschools.us and will be addressed the next day in the order they were received. 

 

 

JCS Staff needing Tech Help:

Beginning August 26, during Extended Digital Learning, DTO is offering a Technology Help Desk for staff with technology issues. If a JCS Staff member has a pressing technology issue that occurs 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, they can call 887-2911 to speak directly to someone from DTO. For after hours or low-priority issues, teachers should follow the established protocol of entering a ticket.
