2021-2022 Preschool Registration is Open

 In order to qualify for preschool your child must be:


  • 3 years old with an identified disability/developmental delay


  • 4 years old on or before August 1, 2021 AND 

    • Have an identified disability/developmental delay  OR

    • Meet low income requirements OR

    • Pay tuition

* Tuition spots are first come, first serve and are very limited.


Please follow the steps below to register for the 2021-2022 school year. 


  • Step 1: Pick up a registration packet at the Jessamine Early Learning Village, Jessamine County Schools Central Office, or the Jessamine County Public Library.  


  • Step 2: Complete forms in registration packet.


  • Step 3: Complete online registration (OLR). Go to Please make sure you choose the school year 2021-2022. Once you have completed OLR you will receive a confirmation number. Please write the confirmation number on the outside of your registration packet. 


  • Step 4: Drive through the JELV car lane and drop off the packet on Monday, May 3rd between the hours of 9-12 and 3:30-6:30. You will need to show proof of Jessamine County residency (rental/ lease agreement or utility bill).  Bring your child’s official birth certificate, immunization, physical exam, and dental exam.  We will make a copy and return the originals to you. 


  • Step 5: We will mail you a letter within 2 weeks to let you know if your child is eligible.  We may also call you to schedule a developmental screening if we need further information.  Screenings will be held by appointment only.
