The goal of any school is to provide students with the tools they need for success. The Discovery Program is the toolbox of our school. It gives us common expectations and language as we go about living, learning, and growing at The Providence School. Discovery is a student-centered, skill-based program designed to teach students positive social skills. The program is delivered by direct instruction, modeling, role-playing, peer and teacher feedback, and experimental activities. It includes a sequential skills curriculum to prepare students in the following areas:
