The Jessamine County School District is excited to announce a new transportation tool for our student families that will increase safety, parent communication, and route efficiency. Ride 360 is a parent information portal that will allow families to easily access their child’s transportation information on their phone, tablet, or computer. Ride 360 will allow parents to see the approximate pickup/drop off time for their child’s bus, and their driver and bus information.
To utilize the great features of this new tool, search for Traversa Ride 360 in your app store and download the app. Then it's time to register for your account!
To register, go to https://kyjessaminecos.myridek12.tylerapp.com/. When there, you will be asked to input some of your student’s unique information. You will need your child’s Student Number (SSID) (not to be confused with Social Security Number) , student last name, and school name to register.
As an additional layer of safety, once your student has been linked to your account, no one else will be able to connect the child to another account. You will have control over who has access to your child’s transportation information by using the “share” feature of Ride 360 to provide access to your spouse, a grandparent, or other individuals you select. To do so, simply click share and enter the email address for the person you are sharing it with.
