●Returning students who register by May 1 will be entered into a drawing to win school supplies.

Registration Process
Step 1: Complete Online Registration (OLR)

Important: Write down your OLR confirmation number- you will need it for the next step
Step 2: Complete Google Form (links will be active on 3/16/26)
Kindergarten Google Form
● Child is 5 years old by August 1st
OR
Preschool Google Form
● Child is 4 years old by August 1st and household income is below the federal poverty guidelines
● Child is 3 or 4 years old and has a significant developmental delay or disability
● Child is 3 or 4 years old and family is applying for tuition based program
Step 3: Submit Required Documents In Person
Once you have completed the Online Registration and Google Form, please bring the following required documents to the Jessamine Early Learning Village during office hours.
● Child's State Issued Birth Certificate
● Proof of Residency (Utility or Internet Bill) dated within the last 60 days
● Child's Immunization Certificate (with valid expiration date)
● Child's School Physical Form (completed up to 1 year prior to the first day of school)
● Legal documents, if applicable (custody or guardianship paperwork)
Parents/guardians should plan to allow 10-15 minutes to complete and sign the following on site:
● Household Income Form (preschool only)
● Yellow Student Authorization Form (Bring name and phone number of emergency contacts)
● Transportation Form
Office Hours
School Year: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Summer: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Tuesday-Thursday)
Office closed: June 29th - July 3rd

All preschool students will attend JELV. If you reside in the Wilmore school district and are registering for kindergarten, please return all required documents to:
