Nicci Turner, Jessie Snyder, and Katy Frederick received the Highly Effective Teaching & Learning Award for their dedication to inspiring & empowering students to reach their fullest potential. 📚✨ Peyton Alcott and Kim Barnhardt received the School Culture & Climate Award for fostering an environment of growth, kindness, and community spirit, where every student and staff member feels valued and respected. 🤝💖 Lori Barkley & Stephanie Whitaker received the Family Engagement Award for building strong meaningful partnerships with families, strengthening the connection between home & school. 🏡📘 Please join us in congratulating these extraordinary staff members for their contributions to our school community!

Part of our mission as JCS students is to be Connected Citizens. As a community service project, Ms. Turner’s class has chosen to support the Jessamine County Animal Shelter.🐾 They are collecting much-needed items from the shelter’s wish list to help provide comfort and care to animals in need. Want to lend a paw? 🐶🐱 Simply send in an item from the wish list (pictured) with your student in their backpack or drop it off at the JELV front office. 📅 Donations will be accepted until Thursday, April 3, 2025. Thank you for your kindness and generosity! 💙

Join us for Touch A Truck Saturday, April 26th. Food will be available for purchase, but otherwise this is a FREE event. There will also be several drawings for giveaways valued at $100 each! Registration is required to be entered to win giveaways.
