Yesterday, our graduating seniors walked the halls where so much of their story first began, returning to the elementary and middle schools that helped shape them into who they are today.
From high fives and hugs to proud smiles and happy tears, these walks are so much more than a tradition. They’re a beautiful full-circle moment for our entire school community.
For our seniors, it’s a chance to reflect on how far they’ve come and reconnect with the teachers and staff who encouraged them along the way. For our younger students, it’s a glimpse into what’s possible and a reminder that their own dreams are within reach. And for the educators who poured their hearts into these students year after year, it’s a powerful reminder that their impact lasts a lifetime. 🌟
Moments like these remind us that we are bigger than any one school or building. We are one community, united by a shared purpose: supporting, encouraging, and investing in every student who walks through our doors. It takes all of us- every teacher, bus driver, cafeteria worker, counselor, administrator, staff member, family member, and volunteer -working together to help our students grow.

Every day, our SLPs work tirelessly behind the scenes to give our students the ultimate superpower: their voice. While our students enjoy the day off, our dedicated JCS staff will be hard at work! This is a required Staff Development Day, and our team will be participating in training and planning to continue providing the best experience for our students.
