A massive thank you to Baileigh Adkins for her outstanding leadership in sponsoring and organizing East's DanceBlue! Her dedication has been pivotal in making this event a success. We also want to recognize the entire social studies department, led by Baileigh, for their support, including their assistance with matball. Chloe Stewart has stepped in to bolster our fundraising efforts too! Their collective hard work and passion are truly making a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer!

Ms. Stewart and Ms. Adkins are hosting a donation ride at RideTribe (formerly Cyclebar) on Saturday March 29th at 12pm. You get to try out a spinning class in exchange for your donation to Dance Blue. If you would like to register, send your preferred email and phone number to Chloe or Baileigh and we will get you signed up.

On Monday, Anna Stuebaker, a representative from the Kentucky College of Art and Design, visited Ms. Storch's Dual Credit and Advanced Art classes. She shared with them an amazing opportunity to pursue a career in the arts at KyCAD, outlining the facilities and programs. This college is located right down the road in Louisville, and was founded recently, in 2018. Any student who is interested in more information can visit Ms. Storch for admissions info flyers!
After a long day of testing and graduation prep, our Jaguars stepped out of their testing rooms to be greeted by blue skies and sunshine. We couldn’t resist making the most of this beautiful day! A perfect reminder that hard work and play go hand in hand.
