Autumn, one of our Students of the Month, is a shining example of our Connected Citizen pillar in action! Instead of just studying the law in her Foundations of American Government class, she took the initiative to contact her state legislator regarding a proposed bill and mobilized her peers to do the same. Beyond her civic leadership, Autumn’s teachers share that her consistent dedication and sincere warmth make our entire school family stronger. We are so proud of Autumn for leading with such purpose, integrity, and kindness!

Congratulations to our resident martial arts powerhouse, currently ranked as a Top 10 NASKA Competitor! Whether he is dominating the ring with a powerful bo staff performance, showcasing lightning-fast nunchuck skills, or executing sharp open hand forms, he consistently competes at an elite, world-class level. But the real victory is what happens outside the competition ring. He has officially stepped into a leadership role as a teacher at his karate dojang, where he spends his time encouraging and motivating the next generation. By teaching others to stay disciplined and believe in themselves, he’s proving that true martial arts isn't just about the trophies—it’s about building character, showing leadership, and lifting others up.

On May 6th, we invite our seniors to pause, gather, and soak in one of the final moments of your high school journey together. Senior Sunset is a chance to slow down and look around at the people who have grown up beside you...the laughter, the challenges, the memories, and everything in between. As the sun sets, so does one chapter, making way for all that comes next. Bring your friends, your memories, and your gratitude as we celebrate where you’ve been and everything you’re becoming. This is a moment you’ll want to hold onto for years to come.
