📣 Get ready to rep your team because it's Favorite Team Dress-Up Day this Friday, March 20th! 👕🧢 Whether you bleed blue, orange, scarlet, or anything else, we want to see who you're rooting for!
We already know Ms. Best is "Team Kentucky" all the way, but as you can see, she’s facing some tough competition! 😼 Check out these photos of our 5th graders—they’ve stayed loyal to their teams since 1st grade! (Even if Ms. Best doesn't quite approve... 🤣)

Our 2nd Grade scientists are diving deep into the world of Material Properties this week! They tested three different soil samples to determine which one has the right "stuff" for a sturdy building.
The verdict? Science is messy, fun, and teaches us how the world works!

🌧️ Can we control the weather? Our 5th graders put it to the test! By building a custom model of the ocean and sky, they investigated the water cycle to see exactly how these two massive systems interact. From evaporation to precipitation, they saw the cycle come to life right before their eyes.

Get ready to rev those engines! 🏎️💨 Our hallways turned into a racetrack for the first-ever "Super Awesome Mid-Month Moment of Mania!"
We traded textbooks for scooters and math problems for relay races to celebrate our hard work this month. There’s nothing quite like the sound of cheering echoing through the halls to get everyone energized!

🇺🇸 History comes alive on Red, White, and Blue Day! 🇺🇸
To celebrate our journey through early American history, our students traded their everyday clothes for their most patriotic attire. From Paul Revere to Betsy Ross, the spirit of 1776 is everywhere!

🎉 120 Days Brighter! 🎉
Today, our first graders celebrated the 120th Day of School! From hunting down 120 pictures of Mrs. Coy and Mrs. Beale to building massive towers with 120 blocks, our students showed off their impressive math skills and creativity. It’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown since the very first day of school!
A huge thank you to our amazing teachers for making this milestone so special. Keep shining, first grade! 🌟

🎉 Congratulations to our 2025-26 Teacher of the Year, Ms. Elizabeth Antoniou!🍎
We are proud to recognize an outstanding educator who creates a warm, positive classroom environment where students feel valued, supported, and celebrated. Ms. Antoniou goes above and beyond to partner with families, ensuring students have the encouragement and resources they need to succeed. A true team player, she continually uplifts colleagues and contributes to a strong, collaborative school community. We are lucky to have her as part of our Warner family!

What an incredible day of discovery at Warner Elementary! 🦎✨
The Real Science Guy turned our gym into a living laboratory today! From scaly reptiles to amazing amphibians, our students had a front-row seat to the wonders of the natural world.
Judging by the smiles (and the brave faces!), our students had an absolute blast. Though, we have to admit—some of our students were much braver than their teachers!

💡 Why don't we see stars during the daytime? Our 1st graders used hands-on experiments to find out! From playdough models to real-world observations through the telescope, our mini-astronomers are seeing the sky in a whole new light. 🌟

🎶 🌟 Huge congratulations to our talented 4th and 5th graders who represented Warner at the All County Choir event last week.
These dedicated singers spent hours rehearsing and perfecting their performance alongside the best young vocalists in the county. Seeing them take the big stage with such confidence and heart was a proud moment for our entire school family! 🎶 🌟

📖✨ To celebrate Read Across America, our students spent their Specials time exploring fun literacy centers—but with a special twist!
The centers were led by former Warner students! It was a beautiful full-circle moment watching our alumni inspire the next generation of readers.
Huge thanks to our librarian, Ms. Parker, and our amazing guest leaders for proving that reading truly is magical! 📖✨

🏆🏀Another Parks and Rec basketball championship for our Warner Wildcats on the 5th grade Gray Wildcats team! Their hard work, perseverance and team spirit made for an incredible season. Way to go, Wildcats!💙

🏆🏀Congratulations to the Gray Wildcats for winning their 1st/2nd grade Parks and Rec championship basketball game today! They had a fantastic season and came away with the big win in the end. We are so proud of our Warner Wildcats!💙

🎉Warner was well-represented during the recent Regional Governor's Cup competition for academic teams! Congratulations to Lane for earning 4th place in Language Arts and Hudson for earning 5th place in Social Studies. Way to go, Wildcats!💙

🎉 Happy Birthday, Hattie C. Warner! 🎉
On Monday, we celebrated the birthday of our school’s incredible namesake, Hattie C. Warner!
Hattie is more than just a name on our building; she was a dedicated educator who believed in the potential of every child. We honored her legacy with a special edition of "Hattie Chat," and students enjoyed some delicious ice cream at lunch!
It was the perfect treat to celebrate the sweet impact Hattie C. Warner has had on our community. 🍦🥳

👟💪🏼Students are jumping with joy over "Jump Rope Ninja" during PE class! Students aren’t just skipping rope; they’re building endurance, coordination, and serious persistence. Students have fun trying to earn a “black belt”, which is achieved after students accomplishing their goal for consecutive jumps! Even Marley wanted to join in on the fun! 🐾 We can't wait to see how many more students earn their black belt!

🐉✨ STEM-built. Art-designed. Music-driven. Our students just wrapped up an epic Lunar New Year project!
During STEM and Art classes students engineered moving dragon puppets, mastering the mechanics of flight while expressing their creativity.
In music, students used their dragons to perform a traditional dance to festive rhythms! 🐉✨

✨Our 3rd graders are officially stepping back in time as they begin their journey into the rich history and diverse cultures of Native Americans. Students went on an "Artifact Hunt" where they observed different images of different Native American tribes. ✨

📜🇺🇸⭐️ Our 5th grade students have been learning all about the American Revolution and the Declaration of Independence. Using the art of Blackout Poetry, our young historians identified key themes in the Declaration of Independence to create their own poems.
We love that our students are finding their own voice within the words that built our nation! 📜🇺🇸⭐️
