It was a big day in the library today! Our 8th grade yearbook staff practiced their photography, while 6th grade students checked out books, put together a puzzle, and learned how to use a real typewriter. We love seeing our Colts engaged in learning! 📚📸❤️

Trailblazers scientists, from Ms. Campbell's class, enjoyed the gallery space to share our genetic smilies to analyze the passing of traits. 👨‍🔬🧬🧪

Students in Mrs. Clark’s class are excited to share photos from our Indonesian pen pals! Our pen pals are learning to speak English, and we are using this platform to help them practice their language skills. We’ve been connecting since November, beginning with a Zoom meeting to introduce ourselves. Since then, we’ve exchanged letters and small gifts that represent our cultures. In February, we will meet again on Zoom, when the students from Indonesia will share short presentations about their culture. If there is time, our students will also share presentations about what's awesome about the USA:)
