EJHS was recently honored with a visit from a group of 2024 alumni who’ve traded in their graduation caps for Marine Corps covers. Their visit is a reminder that the journey from student to successful adult starts right here in our classrooms where dreams are shaped and positive attributes are fostered. To all of the brave JCS alums who represent and safeguard our nation, we are incredibly proud of your accomplishments and grateful for the sacrifices you’re making for our country.

We're thrilled to welcome Officer Johnson as the new School Resource Officer at EJHS and Officer Wilson who will be serving as the new SRO for JCTC, JELV and Warner Elementary. We value our entire SRO team and their commitment to keeping our schools safe and fostering positive relationships with our students. JCS preschool students started school this week and we're marking a precious milestone as our youngest learners take the first steps of their school journey. We can't wait to watch them explore, grow, and make new friends as they're welcomed into our JELV family! #FutureLeaders
Reminder...long weekend ahead! Students will be out of school on Friday, August 30, 2024 for a Staff Development Day and on Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day. Have a safe and enjoyable time and we'll see everyone back, refreshed and ready to learn, on Tuesday, September 3rd!

JCTC Entrepreneurship students are learning how to manage and run a business at their school-based enterprise, The Shack, where the next generation is empowered to lead with purpose, one snack at a time!
