📝 Important Enrollment Reminders for Current Families:
Annual Update Required: OLR is not a one-time thing—it must be completed yearly for all students.
Summer Support: If you have any questions or concerns throughout the summer, please feel free to call the school at 859.885.6670 and leave a detailed message. Mrs. Andrews will also be available throughout the summer. She can be reached by leaving a message on the school phone, through ParentSquare, or by emailing her at emily.andrews@jessamine.kyschools.us.
Weekly Check-Ins: Our main office line will be monitored and messages will be checked weekly throughout the summer break to assist you.
Summer Letters & Supply Lists: Our summer letters and supply lists are usually mailed in mid-July. We will post when letters are going to be arriving so that families can watch for them.

If your child will be a car rider during the 26-27 school year, please complete our Car Tag form at https://tinyurl.com/RDESCarTags. Car Tags can be picked up at Open House in your oldest child's classroom. Open House will be August 20th. You can choose to come from 12-2pm or 5-7pm on August 20th. This form will close on Monday, August 17th.Information about picking up car tags for the 2026-2027 school year at Open House on August 20, 2026.



We are so grateful for our incredible community partners at the Jessamine County Sheriff's Office! They recently hosted a fantastic cookout and school supply give-away for our families in Tates Creek Estates, helping ensure our students are supported, prepared, and ready to soar.

This past Thursday, members of our incredible Rosenwald Dunbar Elementary School staff stepped out to hand out summer meals to our students and families. We are so incredibly grateful for their dedicated hearts, leadership, and willingness to serve our community.

(You do not need to join the RDES Information group at this time.) This will allow you to get messages from us throughout the summer, including when our summer letters and supply lists are sent out.
