👯‍♀️Our hallways were officially seeing double today for Twin Day! From matching outfits to synchronized smiles, our dynamic duos brought all the good vibes for Kindness Week. 👯‍♀️ Our Wildcat Buddy groups also celebrated Kindness Week by making incredible "Kindness Posters"! Our older students did such a wonderful job helping their younger buddies create these masterpieces. We are so proud of our Wildcats for showing that being kind is always in style! 👯‍♀️💙🐾

🍎Did we hire new staff... or are these just the cutest students ever? It’s Dress Like a Teacher Day! To celebrate Kindness Week, we’re honoring the bond between students and staff. There is no kindness quite like the encouragement a teacher gives a student—and the joy a student gives back!

🚲 Our 3rd and 4th graders had a "wheelie" great time in PE class! Huge thanks to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for visiting our PE classes to teach the essentials of bike and scooter safety. Keeping our students safe and active is a win-win! 🏆

💙Happy School Resource Officer Appreciation Day! 💙🚔 Today we proudly recognize and celebrate Officer Wilson for the incredible impact he makes at Warner each day! Thank you for keeping our school safe, building positive relationships with our students, and being a trusted, steady presence in our hallways. We are so grateful for the time you invest in our students and for the protection and support you provide to our entire community. 💕Love is in the air at Warner Elementary! 💕 Our classrooms were filled with smiles, friendship, and lots of festive fun as students celebrated Valentine's Day. From decorating valentines and sharing cards with classmates to special treats and crafts, the day was all about kindness, connection, and community. Moments like these remind us that learning isn't only academic - it's also about building friendships, practicing social skills, and helping every child feel included and valued. 🌹Special shout-out to PTO for organizing and distributing Valentines Grams to all classes!

🌟 It’s Family Resource and Youth Services Week, and we are shouting out the one and only Mrs. Jordan! 🌟

Known lovingly as "the mom of the school," Mrs. Jordan’s compassionate demeanor and helping hand make Warner feel like home for everyone. Whether it’s connecting families with resources or just providing a kind word, she does it all with a smile.

Her impact on our students' success and well-being is immeasurable. Please join us in thanking Mrs. Jordan for her vital role at Warner! 💙

After multiple snow days, our halls are finally filled with laughter and learning again! We were ecstatic to see our Warner Wildcats back in the building today! 📚🍎

Marley, our school therapy dog, was just as excited as we were to welcome back all our amazing students. She even joined P.E. to help kick-start some Olympic-themed relays! Talk about a gold-medal welcome! 🐾🥇

🏆Congratulations to our Academic Team on their 3rd place finish in today’s District Governor’s Cup competition! Our students stayed focused, competitive, and represented our school with excellence. Special congratulations to Jaylee, Wyatt, Jackson, Hudson and Lane who earned medals for their strong performance on the academic tests. We are incredibly proud of our Warner Wildcats! Many thanks to Mrs. Shelton for serving as our coach and providing this incredible opportunity for our kids!💙

👕Many thanks to Dr. Rebecca Wheeler and White, Greer & Maggard for generously providing new Warner t-shirts for all of our students and staff! We are so grateful for your continued support of our school community.💙

👮‍♂️⭐️Happy National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day! 👮‍♂️⭐️ Thank you to Officer Wilson, our School Resource Officer, and the Nicholasville Police Department for serving and protecting our school every day. We appreciate all you do—from the D.A.R.E. Program and incentives like "Officer for a Day" to holiday fun in a Santa Claus costume! We are grateful for the positive impact you have on our students and community!

Mrs. Phillips' class collected sweatpants and t-shirts for Orphan Care Alliance and raised over $100 worth of clothing! What a great way to give back this holiday season! ✨

🎄☃️Our day was full of holiday fun, including our annual Holiday Sing-Along! We hope all of our students and families have a wonderful winter break, and we look forward to seeing you in January!🎄☃️

💚🎄Grinch Dress-Up Day and Wildcat Buddy Fun! 💚🎄 Our Wildcats showed their holiday spirit by wearing green from head to toe! Wildcat Buddy groups also met today, with big smiles and lots of festive fun!

🍫🎶"Who can resist, doing the Candy Cane Twist?!" 🍫🎶 We certainly can't resist singing and dancing along to these fantastic fourth graders as they perform "The Great Big Holiday Bake-Off!" A huge thank you to Mrs. Crockett for her hard work in making this performance possible. ❤️🤍

🎁📖Our amazing librarian, Ms. Parker, is mixing holiday cheer and reading this season! Ms. Parker wrapped Individual library books and included a short description and recommended grade level on each book, not to be unwrapped until they are checked out from the library. Students love unwrapping them to see what surprise and adventure awaits them!
